New Customers:

Products are not dispatched until funds have ceared our account.

Products that are made to order can take up to 14 days.

All Customers:

Returning customers with good credit rating will have products dispatched immediatly when in stock.

All shipping is via Australia Post Normal or Registered Mail.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Return freight is paid by the customer.

Guarantee - All customers:

All products guaranteed against faulty materials or workmanship.

Products are not covered for misuse, abuse, wear & tear or change of mind.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled for custom items unless you advise us before the item is manufactured.

RETURNS

Please contact us before sending any returns.

Custom made/printed items once made cannot be returned unless faulty.
