How It Works
- Your account is created.
- You place a credit amount in your account. Min. $60.00AUD.
- You or your staff access us via our on line help desk or calling by phone.
- We provide assistance and support either by return email or phone.
- If necessary, we attend personally to your place of business.
What does it cost?
Our services for on line help vary depending on time spent on each request. Typically $1.00 per minute ($60.00 per hour). The average request might only take 5 minutes making the $5.00 money well spent. It could save you hours. Take a communications problem. It may take a regular staff member several hours to find the fault and correct. Our staff could conceivable solve the issue in a much shorter time, possibly and hour or less. This would save your business many hours of wasted staff
time. Especially if they cannot fix the fault and you have to call in outside help anyway.
Attend Premisses
If we attend your premisses the hourly rate is $60.00 and is charged in increments of 1/4 hour ($15.00) or part thereof plus travelling time.
